How can I place an order?

Placed via "", the order is shipped to a Canadian address of your choice. In certain cases, your item(s) may be large enough to require a Scheduled Delivery; in that case, the confirmation email you receive will explain how to proceed.

How can I pay for my order?

Credit card, PayPal, MasterCard, Visa, Visa Debit, Visa Checkout, or American Express, provided your card was issued in Canada or the US. In-store you can also use cash, of course!

When will my payment method be charged?

Online Orders:

 While your order is being processed we'll pre-authorize the purchase on your method of payment to make sure there are sufficient funds. However, your method of payment is not actually charged until your online order has been shipped. For Scheduled Delivery items, you will be charged when a delivery date has been scheduled. 

Reserve and Pick Up Orders:

 When you reserve an item at and then pick it up in store, you have the option of choosing your preferred method of payment such as cash, debit, Visa, MasterCard, American Express, and iconic tech Gift Cards/eGift cards when you pay at the cashier.

Why was my order cancelled?

Incorrect shipping information:

First, double check the shipping address you have entered on the order. Sometimes it can be easy to miss something as small as an apartment or suite number or maybe just one digit off on the postal code. Use a piece of current mail to help you validate that the address was entered correctly.

Incorrect billing information:

As with your shipping information, it's important to make sure that the billing information you enter is exactly what your bank has on file. Take a moment to compare the address to your bank's records to ensure everything is accurate.

Rejection of Orders:

 Certain orders may be rejected prior to acceptance, or cancelled after acceptance. 

Some examples are: 

• inaccurate product pricing; 

• limited quantities available for sale or sold; 

• issues identified by "Iconic Tech" Canada's fraud or re-seller avoidance department.

Online Orders:

• In the subject line of the order confirmation email

• For members who purchased using their account, through Order Status

In-Store Orders (including Reserve and Pick Up and Associate-assisted orders):

• On your in-store receip

• On your e-Receipt (if one was emailed to you)
